How it works:
Hlsa Resistance Poles have a unique mechanism that adds 13lbs/ 6kgs of resistance to your upper body while walking. When using the poles you simply push down on the cushion grips with each stride. The further you push the poles, the greater the resistance and the better the workout you will get.
Resistance walking is suitable for people of all ages.
Getting started:
Adjust the length of your poles so that the top of the handle is aligned with your underarm.
Choose the appropriate foot for the type of training you are doing: rubber foot for normal road and track use; metal stud for trail and winter walking. Add the circular basket for loose surfaces such as snow and beach sand.
Put your hand through the strap from underneath and grip on to the handle. Now you are ready to go!
